Richard Turnill BSc Hons MRICS (34), educated at Maidstone Grammar School and graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2005. Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2007, following a graduate position at Cluttons. In 2009 Richard joined Glenny LLP south east London and Kent Business Space Agency team, heading the office from 2013 - 2016.
Richard is a Partner of the Practice, with particular responsibility for agency, development, management and professional matters. His specialism is industrial agency, with a recent projects including land acquisition, development advice and agreeing industrial pre-let deals.
Richard is a free time ‘enthusiastic trier’. Never really achieving excellence at any sport or pass time, but willing to try anything. Rugby, hockey, sailing, road cycling, mountain biking, running, DIY and garden maintenance all come under claimed fields of expertise. At various points in his life he used to be good at all of the above. Now stories are often recited of quite how good he was (before marriage or children)!
